Shipping rates do not include tariffs, duties, taxes or
other non-routine customs brokerage charges.
Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply
and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper
characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested
for and packages actually tendered to.
Shipping to international destinations will be determined on a per-order
basis. You will be notified of your exact shipping charges as quickly
as possible and are only charged when customer approval is obtained.
All brockerage tax, bonds, tariffs and duties are the responsibility
of the customer.
Freight
Some items require freight delivery and you will be notified of
your shipping costs as quickly as possible and will only be charged
when customer approval is obtained. Freight prices will vary dependent
on item(s) and shipping destination.
The following rules apply to all freight deliveries:
• Freight deliveries can only be made to locations with
a street address and phone number.
• Freight delivery must be signed for in person.
• Freight companies are not responsible for carrying merchandise
into your home.
• If your delivery should arrive with any visual damage to the packaging,
please make a note of this on the waybill before signing for your
delivery.
Terms and Conditions
Depending on the item(s), it will take between 6 to 10 weeks to
complete the order and full payment is due at time of order placement.
Availability
We are committed to maintain stock levels on the majority of our
product. Occasionally, an items stock levels may be depleted and
backordered. We will notify you via e-mail that this item is backordered
and will furnish a date of availability. Credit cards are not charged
for backordered items until product is shipped and there are no
additional shipping charges.
